These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing digital products on the website www.prompterio.com.

2. General Provisions

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C.
  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time.
  • Any updated T&C become valid upon publication on the website.

3. Nature of the Product

  • The products sold are digital content – AI prompts (“Product”).
  • The Product is delivered electronically via email to the address provided in the order.
  • Delivery is instant upon successful payment.
  • No physical medium (USB, CD, print) is provided.

4. Ordering and Payment

  1. Select the Product on the website and add it to your cart.
  2. Complete the checkout form and choose a payment method.
  3. Before confirming the order, the Buyer expressly agrees that the digital content will be delivered immediately and therefore waives the right to withdraw from the contract (in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and §7(6)(l) of Slovak Consumer Law).
  4. The order is binding upon payment confirmation.
  5. Payment is processed online via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods.

5. Product Delivery

  • The Product is automatically sent via email within minutes after successful payment.
  • If the Product does not arrive within 60 minutes, please contact support at info@prompterio.com and it will be re-delivered.
  • The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct email address. The Seller is not liable for errors caused by incorrect contact details.

6. License and Usage Restrictions

When purchasing a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt for personal or commercial purposes.

You MUST NOT:

  • resell, share, or distribute the prompt to any third party,
  • include the prompt in public databases, marketplaces, or libraries,
  • sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially redistribute the prompt as a product,
  • claim authorship or ownership of the prompt.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Voluntary Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Nature of Digital Products: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered, the Buyer typically waives any statutory right to withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Voluntary 10-Day Guarantee: Notwithstanding Section 1, PROMPTERIO LLC, provides a voluntary 10-day money-back guarantee for individual digital products to ensure customer satisfaction. This guarantee is a commercial gesture and does not constitute a legal obligation beyond the terms specified herein.
  • Refund Eligibility & Requirements: To qualify for a refund, the Buyer must strictly adhere to the following procedure:
  1. A formal refund request must be submitted via the official contact form within exactly ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. Upon receipt of the request, the Buyer will be provided with a mandatory Refund Questionnaire. The Buyer is required to complete this questionnaire in its entirety, providing truthful and detailed feedback regarding their experience with the product.
  3. The refund request is subject to a manual review by our technical team to verify that the product was used in accordance with the provided instructions and intended AI models.

Exclusions: This voluntary guarantee applies exclusively to individual products Packs. All Bundle purchases, Collections, and Subscription-based services are strictly non-refundable and are excluded from this guarantee due to the significant inherent value and volume of intellectual property delivered.

Discretionary Approval: PROMPTERIO LLC, reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. Refunds may be denied if:

  • The Buyer fails to complete the mandatory questionnaire.
  • The feedback provided is vague, insufficient, or demonstrably untruthful.
  • The product was used incorrectly or with unsupported software/models.
  • There is evidence of bad faith or attempted exploitation of this policy.

Termination of License: Upon the issuance of a refund, any and all licenses granted to the Buyer for the use of the product are immediately and permanently revoked. The Buyer must cease all use of the product and delete all copies in their possession. Continued use of the product following a refund constitutes a breach of copyright and intellectual property rights, and may result in legal action.

Processing Fees: Any transaction fees incurred during the original purchase (e.g., credit card processing fees) may be non-refundable, depending on the payment processor's terms.

8. Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for the results generated by the prompt when used with third-party AI tools.
  • The Seller is not responsible for any financial or other damages resulting from improper use of the Product.

9. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

  • The Seller processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
  • Data is used solely for: fulfilling the order, accounting purposes, and marketing (only with explicit consent).
  • The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Complaints & Technical Issues

  • Complaints can be submitted electronically to hello@prompterio.com with the subject “Digital Product Complaint”.
  • Please include: your name, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
  • The Seller will respond to and resolve complaints within 14 days.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and EU law.
  • For non-EU customers, Slovak law applies unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any disputes will first be resolved amicably; if not possible, they will be handled by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

12. Final Provisions

  • These T&C take effect on the day they are published on the website.
  • By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to these T&C.
